St. John’s Church has a rich tradition of sacred music and two of our three Sunday morning services include organ music and the singing of hymns by the congregation. Our Music Director is Peter Ludlow, an accomplished musician who was trained in Organ Performance at Vassar College. Peter lives close by on his family’s fourth-generation farm on Mecox Bay where he manages their artisanal cheese-making operation and dairy farm.

Our services at Christmas and during Holy Week are enhanced by the addition of the St. John’s Church choir comprised of adults who love to sing — and they are always looking for new voices!
